Ontario Young Leaders (ONYL) – at its heart – is a community. It is a space that exists for young professionals within the Ontario credit union system to motivate and develop one another while also strengthening the system collectively.
We know that no matter the size, every credit union faces talent and succession planning challenges. That is why we are passionate about retaining talent within Ontario credit unions. ONYL is designed to build and encourage the leadership capabilities of the talent already existing within our credit unions, so that they do not look elsewhere for this support.
Young Leader initiatives are happening across Canada at national, provincial and organizational levels. These initiatives are organic, and can supplement each other’s initiatives.
