Financial services and credit unions have all seen their fair share of change over the years. When we experience disruption in our industry it often means that we as individuals need to skill-up or learn new skills entirely to keep up with the pace of change. Working through change can be hard and overwhelming to map out where you want to go, how you will get there, and the emotions that come along. This panel will be aimed at helping the audience navigate change more effectively within our organizations and our careers.
